Armed bandits struck on Tuesday night in Chekugi community of Lafiagi Emirate in Edu Local Government Area of Kwara State.
Four people were reportedly abducted during the attack, according to security sources.
The attack occurred barely hours after six people were abducted early morning on Tuesday in Motokun community in Patigi Local Government Area of the state.
The attack on Motokun led to the death of a pregnant woman with scores of the residents injured seriously due to sporadic shooting by the armed bandits.
Neither the state police command nor the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps, NSCDC, could be reached for reactions at the time of this report.
